There is a huge variety of training courses that we can offer for GDPR and the wider questions of data protection. It is usually the case that a programme of training that matches the needs of the organisation is most effective. However, to give you an indication of the range of courses we can deliver we’ve included here a selection of the most popular courses.
Basic awareness training can be delivered through the Sentry System. We are currently working hard to develop online delivery for a much wider range of courses. If you want us to keep you up to date with this exciting development you can sign up for our newsletter.

Our most popular course. This is a great way to ensure that all of your staff get a consistent message about Data Protection. The content is straightforward but brings out the critical information.
Delivered by one of our DPO team, you can be sure that when staff have questions they will be able to get answers. We prefer to work with you upfront to ensure that we get the terminology right for your organisation and also understand any particular pain points that need to be raised, or avoided.
The training can be delivered remotely or on-site, depending on your organisation’s needs, offering flexibility without compromising on quality or engagement.

This course is designed for individuals who hold primary responsibility for Data Protection compliance within an organisation, whether as a Data Protection Officer (DPO) or as a data protection lead.
It provides a solid foundation of knowledge and practical experience required to fulfil the role effectively. The course explores the legislation in depth, with opportunities to discuss its application within the specific context of your organisation. Particular focus is given to how the rights of data subjects translate into the actions and processes that organisations need to establish.
The programme also examines the psychology of data breaches, supporting early identification of risk factors and encouraging the development of a proactive, positive data protection culture rather than a purely enforcement-based approach. In addition, participants will learn how to conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs), including approaches to risk evaluation and mitigation.
Following the course, participants complete a series of directed study tasks, with a strong focus on detailed legislative understanding in preparation for the assessment. The exam is conducted remotely and in an open-book format.
